Firstly I would like to point it out that there are various ways and
methods that are available to-day in order to get
rid of smoking habit. Among them the most
effective and commonly used ones that I would like to state here are,
Natural Therapy; Hypnotherapy; Acupuncture Therapy; and Homeopathic
Therapy. There are many other ways though one can address and
presumably solve their situation of smoking habit, but, these 4 methods

felt on that particular day. As for example, I quitted 11 years ago and
I still have all those note books that I used to write in. Well, I
wrote for 5 years stating the exact date and time and I still write
every now and then. When you start writing things down you will notice
that something is really happening inside yourself. Your inner beings
is also ready to help you in your endeavor, you can really start
feeling your high vibration state.
