Because once you start quitting and at the end of each day during you quitting process you want to write it down about how you felt on that particular day. As for example, I quitted 11 years ago and I still have all those note books that I used to write in. Well, I wrote for 5 years stating the exact date and time and I still write every now and then. When you start writing things down you will notice that something is really happening inside yourself. Your inner beings is also ready to help you in your endeavor, you can really start feeling your high vibration state.
